This FREE APP allows the user to submit ANONYMOUS tips on the following criminal behavior: Human Trafficking, Terrorism, Illicit Trade, Narcotics Trafficking and illegal Arms Dealing. In return, should your tip lead to an arrest, you will be given $1,000.00 US Dollars to be paid anonymously to you through Reifeissen Bank. The BALKAN 1 APP has been approved for use in Bosnia, Serbia, Croatia and Slovenia. In addition, the APP is designed to upload photos and videos of criminal behavior that will be investigated by the Police.
